In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023), on April 29, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., public hearings will be held at Kapan Cultural Center (address: 1 Charents St., Kapan), on the EIA report on the design changes to the processing capacity of the enrichment plant of the Kapan Mining and Processing Plant and the raising of the Geghanush tailings dam, submitted by “Kapan Mining and Processing Plant” CJSC /2nd public hearing/.
