Within the framework of the “EU4Green Recovery East” programme, an Armenian delegation will visit Vienna from 11 to 13 March to participate in a technical training programme on the detection and control of genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
The delegation includes representatives of the Ministry of Environment of the RA, Food Safety Inspection Body of the RA, and Yerevan State University.
The visit aims to support the implementation of Armenia’s GMO legislation and its international obligations under the Aarhus Convention and its GMO Amendment.
