The revised draft legislative package on EPR has already been published on the e-draft platform for public discussion.
The initiative aims to establish a more efficient and sustainable waste management system by clearly defining the responsibilities of producers and importers throughout the entire life cycle of products, including the collection and recycling of waste generated after their use.
