September 13 marks the Day of Specially Protected Natural Areas in Armenia.
Ahead of the day, an eco-educational event titled “Specially Protected Natural Areas: Key Hubs for Biodiversity Conservation” was held at Jrvezh Forest Park, organised by the “Reserve-Park Complex” SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
Students and teachers from secondary schools in Abovyan (School No. 2), Jrvezh, and Voghjaberd, Kotayk Province participated in the event.
