As part of the ongoing programme, a lecture was delivered to participants by Arsen Gasparyan, representative of the Acopian Center for the Environment at the American University of Armenia, as well as an expert contributing to national assessment reports under the Stockholm Environment Institute Green Agenda Project.
The session focused on the topic “Biodiversity: What Do We Know About It?”, presenting the concept of biodiversity, its importance, and current challenges.
