Accommodation Arrangements for COP17 Participants.
The Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity informs Parties and observer organizations that a limited number of hotel rooms in Yerevan have been secured at negotiated rates for large delegations attending COP17.
This arrangement applies to delegations from countries and observer organizations with 25 or more participants that have not yet finalized their accommodation bookings.
The rooms are available through block booking arrangements and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to an advance financial commitment.

Please include the following information in your message:
- Name of the country or organization (in the subject line),
- Name of the contact person responsible for the group booking,
- Number of rooms required,
- Dates of stay (check-in / check-out),
- Billing address.
