At the initiative of Aram Meymaryan, Deputy Minister of Environment of the RA, an expanded discussion was held on afforestation and reforestation processes, support for natural regeneration, landscape restoration, and the development of agroforestry systems in Armenia.
Garegin Mirzoyan, Interim Director of the “ArmForest” SNCO, heads of the organisation’s professional departments, and representatives of government institutions, international and donor organisations, and non-governmental organisations active in the field attended the event.
