By a decision adopted at the Government session on 19 March, a parcel of approximately 7,000 square metres, located on Hovsepyan Street in Nork-Marash Administrative District of Yerevan, was transferred to the Ministry of Environment of the RA and allocated to “Armforest” SNCO for indefinite use.
In total, approximately 7.5 hectares of land in the area adjacent to the TV tower have already been transferred, with a cadastral value of around 3.38 billion drams.
In order to develop green zones and public spaces in the capital, the Ministry of Environment of the RA, in cooperation with international partners, plans to transform the area into a forest park.
