For the first time in the history of independent Armenia, a block-modular substation is being constructed.
The substation will serve the COP17 conference to be held in the country this autumn. Following the conference, it will partially ensure the power supply for the construction of the Noragyugh district of Yerevan.
Minister Hambardzum Matevosyan and his colleagues familiarized themselves with the ongoing construction works.
