The Global Youth Biodiversity Network (GYBN), operating under the Convention on Biological Diversity, invites Armenian youth to participate in a Capacity-Building Workshop to be held in Armenia from 20 to 24 July 2026.
The workshop aims to strengthen the engagement of Armenian youth in the processes of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and to support meaningful contributions to the outcomes of COP17.
The event will bring together motivated young people involved in biodiversity conservation and related fields to deepen their understanding of the CBD, the Kunming–Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (KMGBF), and the key issues to be discussed at COP17. It will also highlight the important role of youth in biodiversity governance and policy-making processes at the national and international levels.
