A 67-hectare land plot located in Dilijan Community, Tavush Province, designated as a specially protected natural area and having environmental significance, has been returned to the Republic of Armenia.

The cadastral value of the land plot, approximated to its market value, amounts to AMD 4 billion 578 million 981 thousand (USD 12.436 million).
